VenYou Zambia's Conference facilities in Ibex Hill, offers our clients an excellent meeting environment with a large auditorium able to seat 250 people for social events, and smaller break-out rooms for business or training. The facilities are also open to social events such as Parties, Weddings and Kitchen Parties. We offer the following among others:

We observe the following in line with the fight againest Covid-19:
Physical (Social) Distancing- We ensure the following guidelines are adhered to for all events held at VenYou:
- We remind attendees/facilitators upon arrival to stay at least 1 meter away from each other
- We ensure that staff & attendees of meetings/trainings wear well-fitting masks that cover over their nose & mouth in full and we have staff that monitor and ensure that attendees are compliant.
- We encourage attendees ahead of their meetings/trainings (through the contact person) to bring with them masks and use them at the Events Centre. However, we do provide masks to attendees who do not manage to bring their own.
- Staff & attendees are encouraged to sanitise their hands or wash their hands frequently with soap & water.
- Hand sanitisers, soap & water are readily available at all entry points and in our restrooms.
- We always ensure VenYou has adequate supplies to support healthy hygiene. These supplies include hand sanitisers, liquid soaps, water, paper towels, tissues, masks & trash cans.
- We have placed signs in highly visible locations (for example, in the hall way to the conference rooms & in restrooms) that promote everyday basic protective measures to stop the spread of covid-19.
- Cleaning is done with products containing soap or detergent that reduces chances of presence of germs on surfaces & objects.
- Cleaning is done frequently in order to disinfect hall ways, eating areas and restrooms. Conference rooms are also cleaned at lunch time whilst attendees are having their meals.
- We ensure to always have operational & functional toilets which are fully stocked with tissues, liquid soap, paper towels & trash cans.
- Our ventilation system operates properly and in order to increase circulation of outdoor air, we open conference room windows & doors.
- On request, we are able to set up meetings that do not require projectors in our serene gardens in open air with trees providing the shade. Here, we still ensure guests are seated 1 meter apart.
- We encourage attendees to remain 1 meter apart when waiting in a queue to pick their food.
- Eating area is outdoor mostly. However, we also have an indoor eating area which is well ventilated.
- We ensure people wash their hands with liquid soap & water before picking their food.
- We avoid self service as multiple handling of utensils can pose a risk of transmission of covid19.
- We have trained back-up staff in the event of staff shortage due to absenteeism.
- In case someone gets sick: In an event that someone gets sick, we have a clinic on our premises and we can easily rush the person there for treatment.
